Discover your essence

From February 2026 until the end of June 2026, this pilot project will be in benefit of
 the kupixawa project. I use both my own search and my professional experience as a background to guide you through this adventure of discovering your – self.

“Discover your essence” is an invitation to explore together what prevents you from feeling your essence and how you can overcome these obstacles.

What prevented me from knowing my essence?

– conditioning – thoughts – concepts

– ‘hypersensitivity’ – ‘high sensitivity’ that I didn’t know how to handle

– blockages

– fear

What were some of the consequences of being far removed from my essence?

– many different health problems

– common physical complaints without any real identifiable cause

– a feeling of being lost

– inability to make decisions

– not knowing what to do with my life

– feeling bad about myself

– isolating myself more and more

– increasingly escaping into aimless TV watching, Facebook, scrolling on my mobile phone

What helped me?

– gaining insight into thoughts, feelings, desires

– getting in touch with my body

– getting in touch with my heart

– conversations, therapy, method for TMS

– body-oriented exercises and meditations

– breathwork

In practice

You can request an intake via welkom@aliento.be. Based on this, we will outline together the content of the programme, tailored to your specific needs.

I will guide you individually, online, in sessions of approximately 45 minutes and give you specific assignments between sessions to help you integrate the session better or prepare for the next session.

The minimum contribution of 30 euros per session ( or 200 euros for a route of 8 sessions) will go entirely towards the construction of the Kupixawa in Acre (Brazil).
