Stand for Peace: 30 Days of Grace
In a world torn by conflict, where children walk through refugee camps and families flee violence, what can we do?
We can choose peace. Not just as an idea, but as a daily practice.

A Call for Grace
From November 24th to December 24th, 2025, we invite you to join a collective intention: 30 days of partial fasting and disconnection from phones and television.
This is not about deprivation. It’s about turning on a light.
Every day, we put our intent on Peace—inside and outside of us. We disconnect from the noise and reconnect with what matters. We say YES to Peace, out loud, with conviction.
Because together, it will work. This is a call to be united in beauty.
The Practice
Core commitment:
- Partial fasting (define what feels right for you)
- Disconnect from phone and television
- Daily intention: Peace inside and outside of us
- Turn on a light (literally or symbolically) as a declaration
Alternative practices (choose what resonates):
- Give up something specific
- Remember 3 happy moments at the end of each day
- Ask yourself daily: “How can I bring peace into daily life now?”
The form doesn’t matter. The shared intent does.
Why This Matters
We live in times of unprecedented violence—wars, displacement, children growing up in camps with mud instead of playgrounds. The images are everywhere. The suffering is real.
But despair is not the answer. Action is.
Not grand gestures. Not waiting for governments to change. But daily practice, together, with intention.
When we fast, we create space. When we disconnect, we reconnect—with ourselves, with what’s essential, with each other. When we declare “YES to Peace,” we shift something inside that ripples outward.
This is not passive hope. This is active creation.
Join the Grace
From November 24th to December 24th, stand with us for peace.
Share your practice. Light your light. Declare your YES.
Post with #StandForPeace and #30DaysOfGrace to connect with others around the world who are choosing peace, one day at a time.
Because we strongly believe that together it will work. It is a call to be united in beauty.
