The basic macrobiotic cooking course starts in a few days!
Five weekly meetings to learn how to prepare healthy and delicious meals without animal products and in harmony with the seasons.
The course includes the use of whole grains, vegetables cooked in various ways, and plant-based proteins such as legumes, tofu, seitan, and tempeh to prepare a complete dinner, from miso soup to dessert.
The course is based on the unique Macrobiotic principle of Yin and Yang.
