Basic Macrobiotic Cooking Course
We’re delighted to be offering our first basic macrobiotic cooking course! It will begin on Monday, February 23rd.
Everyone is welcome!
Five weekly sessions will teach you how to prepare healthy and delicious meals without animal products and in harmony with the seasons.
The course will provide comprehensive guidance on using whole grains, vegetables in various cooking styles, and the preparation of legumes and plant-based proteins such as seitan, tofu, and tempeh. This will allow you to prepare a complete dinner, from miso soup to dessert.
The course is based on the unique macrobiotic principle of Yin and Yang. Each session will last approximately three hours.
