Singing dynamic mantras from various traditions together, accompanied by the sound of drums and maracas, is a very effective way to stimulate vitality, creativity, and joy in life.

No prior knowledge of music, mantras, drums, or maracas is required for these evenings. The evenings are open to anyone who enjoys singing and learning about mantras. Of course, you can choose to sing, play, or both.

For those who LOVE……. “Life” and enjoy meeting and spending an evening in harmony, Nino and Aurora will prepare a delicious and healthy dinner (reservations are recommended).

After dinner, Aliento will present “Musical Stories.”

An evening filled with the sounds of caisa, Native American flute, sansula, Tibetan singing bowls, scrutibox, drum, guitar, and voice… Sounds that tell stories, wordless stories, about aspects of life for which we often lack the words. These “musical stories” take us into the world of a young woman living with a physical disability. They are like a musical testimony to life.

The book “Yoga of Verticality” explains some very easy exercises, inspired by the Pharaohs’ postures, which facilitate back flexibility and a more upright posture.
